2016 Audi R8 V10 by Mcchip-DKR

From where I stand, the R8 V10 in its latest generation is perhaps the most outstanding piece of German engineering from Audi, the sports car coming lighter and more powerful than the previous generation.

But that didn’t stop the aftermarket specialists from Mcchip-DKR tuning company to add an upgrade kit under the hood and a few design cues here and there.

Performance wise, the 2016 Audi R8 V10 already comes with 540 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque, but why not adding a few extra ponies if there is plenty of room?

The power chip from Mcchip-DKR adds around 100 horsepower, making it churn out 633 horsepower and 582 Nm of torque. You may not thing that it is worth the money, but on the road, each pony counts. No performance figures were announced.

In the stock version, the 2016 Audi R8 V10 packs the same 5.2-naturally aspirated V10 engine, with two power configurations, like 540 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque, or 610 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque in the R8 V10.

The German based tuner has also released a photo gallery with their latest project. Enjoy and don’t forget to share your opinions on that matter!
