Rowen Tuner Takes Nissan GT-R R35 to a Whole New Level

The Nissan GT-R in all its forms is an exceptional sports cars, tweaked with advanced aerodynamics and sheer performance under the hood, the model being the perfect subject for numerous tuning projects.

And one of the most outstanding tuning programs is this one previewed below in the first teaser images and involving a GT-R R35. The model is custom-built by Rowen tuner of Japan and will be exclusively unveiled at the 2017 Tokyo Auto Show.

The technicians from Rowen took hours to come up with these CAD photos, which will stand at the very basis of the future model. And the model will look outstanding with the new and more aggressive body parts.

When it will arrive, the Nissan GT-R R35 by Rowen will be extremely aggressive with the new aero parts, such as custom bonnet with wide air vents, bespoke front bumper with the car`s genuine grille, massive adjustable front splitter, aerodynamic side skirts, and standout diffuser at the rear end. The rear also comes with a double spoiler on the boot lid.

The overall design is complemented with the new Rowen alloy wheels and new suspension system which add more stance and improve the car`s overall design.

From what we know so far, there won`t be any mods carried out under the hood, the Nissan GT-R R35 retaining the same 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine, with 419 kW and 628 Nm of torque. There weren’t any current details suggesting an increase from 0 to 100 km/h, so chances are that the model runs the straight line in the same 2.7 seconds, at a topping of 315 km/h, as the previous model.
