Volkswagen Polo GTI by HG-Motorsport

I find the little Volkswagen Polo GTI a fast sports car that doesn’t need any necessary upgrades under the hood, but it seems that the HG-Motorsport tuner didn’t settle with 192 horsepower and decided to add up more power.

Perhaps this good news is welcomed amongst the Polo GTI enthusiasts who wanted more adrenaline from their Polo GTIs, and perhaps the power kit provided by HG-Motorsport tuner is the perfect solution.

So the aftermarket specialists from the HG-Motorsport tuning company have carried out some interesting mods under the hood of this Volkswagen Polo GTI, fitting it with the HF-Series air intake system, sound flap exhaust, the carbon fiber tips, intercooler as well as the Bull X-3.0-inch exhaust downpipe.

This way, the 1.8-liter four-cylinder is now capable of outputting 260 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, which is quite significant from the stock 192 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque. All the power is hooked to a DSG transmission, which would help the sports car reach 100 km/h in less than 6.7 seconds, which is the figure obtained with the stock Polo GTI. No prices have been yet revealed.
