Mercedes-AMG C63 with Prior Design Kit, Installation by Folienwerk-NRW

Just like the special tuning projects from the Japanese-based Liberty Walk aftermarket shop – and we have seen plenty of supercars getting those – the German Prior Design company is also providing extensive programs for lots of models, including the recent star of the show, the Mercedes-AMG C63.

The Mercedes-AMG C63 is a frequent subject of lots of interesting aftermarket programs, but the latest to be seen is wearing the Prior Design special wide body kit, which gives it a unique styling, making it a genuine Black Series model as well.

Even if we the proper kit, there has to be someone to install the components of the car, and this is where the German aftermarket specialists from Folienwerk-NRW tuning company intervene, especially since they know the model in-and-out.

We are looking here at the special wrap at the exterior – the gorgeous Satin Dark Grey – with elements that provide a Black Series aesthetics, including blacked-out lights, bespoke AMG exhaust system with custom headers and mufflers, as well as the sensational and cool 19-inch alloy wheels finished in black.

Even if the presence of the AMG Exhaust system at the rear might announce the presence of a power boost under the hood, we can assure you that this won`t happen for now. Instead, we get to enjoy the same stock yet high-performance 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, with 476 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque.

In case the tuner decides to add its own performance goodies, we should expect something around 600 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque, with a sprint to 100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds. At least this is what the guys over the DTE-Systems company did with their latest project.

What do you think?
