It seems these days that everywhere I look, a new Nissan GT-R tune pops up, and one of the more recent builds belongs to Superior Auto Design.
After meddling with the car, the aftermarket specialist managed to take the engine up to a 1.000 Hp output.
Of course, this is not all that the engine on the Nissan GT-R is capable of, as plenty other tuners have managed to go past 1.000 Hp before. But this is the only GT-R that has managed it while still using the stock turbochargers, and that alone makes it quite noteworthy.
This setup grants this particular GT-R a world record for power with stock turbos, and a quarter mile run is completed in just 9.202 seconds. Apart from the engine tune, the guys from Superior Auto Design also installed carbon fiber rear wing and hood and a nice set of Strasse wheels.
