The Audi TT RS itself is not a slow model but that’s not an excuse for a tuning company such as mcchip-dkr to it. The previous-generation of the German model gets an important package from the tuning specialists, the main focus being put on performance.
The stock 2.5-liter petrol engine delivers 340 horses and 450 Nm of torque, quite enough for a small coupe. Even so, the specialists at mcchip-dkr squeezed no less than 473 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque.
With more than 130 extra horsepower, the 0-100 km/h sprint time should be much better as well as the top speed. Sadly, the company released no official figures in this regard.
In terms of the modifications, the Audi TT RS got a revised turbocharger, new sport cats and downpipes for the exhaust system and a revised ECU. There is not much going on in terms of styling, but that’s something to expect from a company that focuses more on performance.
Pricing and availability details are also scarce but you can contact mcchip-dkr and get more details on their Audi TT RS package if you are really into it.
