Such a model is a rare sight and a real pleasure to seeing it once more with some restored pieces. After all, we are dealing with one of the most iconic models that Ford has ever built. And what a piece it was back then in the 1960s!

Carlex Design tuner is making its come-back with an astonishing project carried out on this 1967 Mustang. Don’t worry, the technicians haven’t spoiled the car`s legendary design, they just brought a fresh look inside.

This Fastback version of the Mustang was one of the most appealing and the one which appeared in racing movies which highlighted the car`s astonishing performance and power. It still retains the classic look as well inside, but added some new materials.

We are dealing here with leather, carbon fiber and black nubuck, along with carbon fiber steering wheels, which perfectly complements the car`s exterior color.

When it came out in 1967, the first Ford Mustang Fastbacks came with a huge 390ci block, developing 320 horsepower, which at that time, was extremely impressive and mind-blowing. Also, the car used a dual exhaust system and a single 600cfm Holley four-barrel carburetor with cast iron intake and manifolds.
